Recording, Mixing & Mastering

Track your songs in a working recording studio in Athens, or send them in to be mixed and mastered. Engineered sessions, finished mixes, and masters ready for release.

Taught by Nick Bradfield

Mastering from $75 a song

Rabbit Hole Studios is a working recording studio, and it's where sessions happen. Bring a song, a band, a voice-over, or a podcast and leave with clean, well-recorded tracks — engineered by someone who also writes and plays, so the session serves the song.

Already recorded at home? Send the tracks in. Mixing balances and shapes everything into one finished song; mastering is the final polish that makes it sound right on every speaker and ready for streaming.

A real room

Record in a working studio instead of a bedroom — you hear the difference in every take.

Mixes that serve the song

Balance, space, and punch, shaped by a musician who knows where a song should land.

Masters ready for release

Clear, balanced, and loud enough for streaming and every speaker in between.

Frequently asked questions

How much does recording, mixing, or mastering cost?
Recording with an engineer is $75 an hour (2-hour minimum). Mixing is $250 a song and mastering $75 a song. The record-your-song package is $995. Full details are on the pricing page.
Can I send my tracks in to be mixed?
Yes. Send your multitrack stems — each track exported as its own audio file — plus a reference song or two you like the sound of.
What's the difference between mixing and mastering?
Mixing combines and shapes the individual tracks into one finished song. Mastering is the final step on that finished song: overall tone, loudness, and consistency across every speaker and platform.
Do I need to bring my own gear?
Bring your instruments. The studio has the microphones and recording setup.
