For parentsLessons for kids: our safety policy
Lessons are for all ages. When a student is under 18, these rules apply to every lesson, every time.
In-home lessons
A parent or guardian stays home for the whole lesson. Lessons happen in a common room — a living room or dining room, never a bedroom — with the door open.
At the studio
The door stays open or has a window, and a parent is welcome to sit in on any lesson, at any time.
Online lessons
Lessons run on a parent's account with a parent nearby. There's no private messaging with students — scheduling and communication go through parents.
Physical contact
None, beyond brief, explained guidance on posture or hand position — and only with the student's permission.
Reporting
As a mandated reporter, Nicholas will report any suspected abuse or neglect to Georgia DFCS, as the law requires.
