Do I need to be technical?

No. If you can use email and a web browser, you can learn this. Lessons start from where you are and go as deep as you want.

Which AI tools will we use?

The ones that fit your work. The skills — giving context, checking output, breaking work into steps — carry across tools, so you're not locked into one.

Can you build AI tools for my business instead?

Yes, but that's a separate service. The lessons are for learning to do it yourself; if you'd rather have it built for you, that's what Bradfield Automations does.
