Sound Baths in Athens, GA
Lie back, close your eyes, and listen. An hour of layered, sustained sound in a quiet studio — public sessions, private groups, and events.
Taught by Nick Bradfield
A sound bath is a guided listening session. You get comfortable, lying down or sitting, and the room fills with long, overlapping tones from instruments like singing bowls, chimes, drums, and flute. There's nothing to do and nothing to get right — you just listen.
Sessions take place at Rabbit Hole Studios, in a room made for sound. Book a spot at a public session, or book the room for a private group, a birthday, a team, or an event.
Nothing to do but listen
No experience, no practice, no instructions to follow. Get comfortable and let the sound carry.
Public or private
Join a public session, or book a private one for your group, team, or celebration.
An hour set aside
Phones away, lights low — a full hour to slow down and simply listen.
A room made for sound
A recording studio, not a borrowed conference room.

Sound baths are a relaxation and listening experience, not medical or mental-health treatment, and not music therapy. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. If you are pregnant, have a seizure disorder, hearing sensitivity or tinnitus, an implanted medical device, or are under a doctor's care, check with your provider first, and keep taking any prescribed treatment.
